Young actress plays Nina, a trumpet-playing prodigy, in "Nina Baby"

Lutheran High School sophomore Laivan Greene stars in "Nina Baby," a short film about a trumpet-playing prodigy trying to follow her dreams despite her circumstances. The film played last month at the Santa Fe Film Festival, and a review in the Free New Mexican called the fourteen-minute picture "a captivating little nugget."

Greene is a regular on "All of Us," a sitcom that airs Mondays at 8:30pm on the CW. She also appears in the upcoming Disney Channel film "Jump In" with Orange Lutheran Online student Micah Williams. "Jump In" premieres this Friday at 8:00pm on the Disney Channel.
